Food Culture of Gujarat.
Gujarat is hub of business, Information Technologies, verities of designs, and development. Gujarati food is also hot favorite for visitors. Each and every cities of Gujarat has it’s own identity base on foods. Gujarat is sub divided by two sectors Saurashtra-Katch and region Gujarat. Gujarti food are also famous in foreign countries and Gujarati vendors keep running those shops. Food is array of vegetables and their items. Test, Sweetness, arrangements and combination of multi eatable products makes our memories. Little dishes of breakfast, lunch and dinner has it’s own place in food lovers. Now a days most of the hotels provide Gujarati thali as a special dish. Thus Gujarat’s  food takes a priority in series of Indian food. The thalis are cooked with oil and Ghee. The original region sweet are quite comes with other states food chain. Due to rising price of oils, sugar, floor and gas, a drastic changes are applied in food. Franchise markets makes competition at high level. But at the angle of satisfaction we meekly prefer Gujarati Thali. Saurashtra Area is also called ‘kathiawad’ where assortment of test are specially in shabji, Roti and Salads. Where ‘KHAMAN DHOKLA’, ‘LOCHO’, ‘KHANDVI’, ‘KHICHU’ are special plate at Gujarat zone.

Science of human body proved that Healthy Breakfast keep our mind fresh and active. Archetypal morning table is made up of “TEA”, “COFFEE”, and “MILK” in the whole Gujarat. At kathiwad site “GATHIYA” and “JALEBI” is served with CHILIES. Where “KADHI” is also served with “FAFDA GATHIYA” at Ahmedabad, Anand and Gandhinagar. Bhavnagar and Rajkot is also popular for “GATHIYA”. “PAV GATHIYA” is the most popular plate in Bhavnagar. “LOCHO”, “KHAMAN DHOKLA” and “KHANDVI” is hot favorite morning dish in Surat, Baroda and Vapi. “CHIKKI” is tonic of winter season.  Rajkot is Chikki’s center point. The test is same not only in India but also in U.S. Move ahead from Saurashtra and Anand is famous for “DALVADA” and “KAJU LASSI”. Gujarat is born place of oil fried items we called them “FARSAN”  Where floor of wheat and groom are mostly used.
Vadodara’s “BHAKHARVADI” is really testy and from last decade it’s quality is same. Large number of Grownnuts  are ripe in this region Surendranagar and Bharuch which are king town of grownnuts and it’s price is also affordable for every visitors. Gujarat has geographically well organized state where most of the season crop are available. Gujarat’s land is the best for the fruits. Gujarti people are really food lover. They can able to feel the test of food at any cost. Glimps of “GUJARATI THALI” makes our hunger more deep. And now a days Guajarati food is also amalgamate with other elements just like “BENGALI  SWEETS”, “FRUIT SALAD” etc.

These are not only decorate the table but also build remembrance of events.
